Project Manager - Store & Digital Marketing

Our client, a popular fashion brand, is seeking a Project Manager for Store & Digital Marketing to join their team on a contract basis, 24-32 hours per week.


  • Responsible for planning marketing campaigns: Define goals, timelines, budgets, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Manage Omnichannel marketing campaign calendar (Store and E-comm campaigns and events)
  • Focus on Holiday campaign readiness with team
  • Create working timelines, setting targets for milestones and ensuring team members adhere to deadlines
  • Set up meeting with stakeholders and lead meetings through decisions required to progress the campaign
  • Distribute meeting notes and key decisions made
  • Monitor Project Progress


  • 4-5+ years of experience on project management with a focus on Store & Digital Marketing Efforts
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Skilled with Excel and Project Management platforms - Asana, Wrike, etc.
  • Able to define goals and ensure adherence to tight deadlines
