Executive Personal Assistant - Greenwich

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an extremely hands on role. In addition to Executive & Personal support, the ideal candidate is well – versed in bookkeeping as it is a large part of the role. If you have a no job too big or too small mindset, strong time management skills and superb communication skills, you are encouraged to apply!

Onsite 5 days a week in Greenwich, CT
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Compensation DOE: $60 – 90k base range + disc bonus


  • Generate personal and professional monthly spend reports
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as creating expense reports, answering phone calls, and addressing emails
  • Work with other internal teams to ensure that the work environment is well kept and operations run seamlessly
  • Draft and proof memos
  • Manage multiple properties: working with caretakers, management companies, contractors, household staff
  • Miscellaneous personal tasks as requested


  • Professional experience supporting a high – level executive in personal & Administrative tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy experience with Quicken & QuickBooks is a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization
  • Highly resourceful with great judgement
  • Strong collaborative skills with a team-player mentality
