Administrative Assistant

A Leading Software Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide outstanding temporary contract support to two high-level executives within their Customer Relations team. In this role, you will manage core executive assistant tasks including scheduling, travel, events, and expense needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced team within a dynamic company that truly values and empowers their employees.

*This is a remote and temporary role which will operate across multiple time zones (with a preference of candidates located in US Eastern and Central Time Zones). This assignment is five months in length.

About the role:

  • Maintain the upmost professionalism at all times and manage complex situations with a cool-head
  • Coordinate shifting priorities while scheduling detailed ground and air transportation
  • Support both the executives as well as their teams with administrative needs, ranging from logistical to operational as needed
  • Maintain and manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordination of meetings and events, while maintaining priority structures and confidentiality
  • Keep priorities at top of mind to ensure that proactive communication is enacted to remain on schedule, anticipating executive needs and providing excellent productivity’
  • Coordinate confidential information while managing crucial meeting documents and prep materials, following up on tasks as requested

About you:

  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience, including in a global tech company which necessitated the collaboration of global teams
  • Preferably located in the US Central or Eastern Time Zones
  • Adaptability and flexibility to be responsive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, as well as common business management tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortability with learning new technologies and project management
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Able to handle confidential matters professionally and with discretion

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $120,000
