Administrative Coordinator

A high-growth biotech/pharmaceutical firm is seeking a Coordinator to provide support to their senior commercial leadership team in the strategic planning and execution of commercial activities. This role is crucial for coordinating and aligning commercial strategies across various channels to ensure the effective promotion and growth of their product portfolio.

Administrative Coordinator – Commercial Marketing Ops and Sales Team

This role is based downtown Manhattan and requires 3 days/week onsite.

Salary is commensurate with experience from $80-110k base + Equity + excellent benefits, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO + Sick Days, and additional wellness perks


  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the commercial team, helping to organize meetings, manage project timelines, and maintain communication across departments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to aid in decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate logistics for marketing events, workshops, and major commercial presentations.
  • Keep comprehensive records of marketing projects, budget reports, and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in tracking and processing of marketing expenses.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration, marketing or commercial coordination working with large teams, preferably within a pharmaceutical/biotech, healthcare, startup or marketing agency  
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with remote teams.
