Our client, a growing children’s apparel company, is seeking a Senior Kids Designer to join their team in New York!


  • Lead the development of innovative designs for children's clothing.
  • Conduct trend research and contribute insights to design strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Provide mentorship to junior designers as needed.


  • Skilled in utilizing design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
  • Excels in dynamic, deadline-driven settings.
  • Possesses understanding of garment construction and manufacturing methods.
  • Awareness of industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Childrenswear experience required
