Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder

A high-growth startup is looking for an extremely eager and hardworking Executive Assistant to support their CEO/Founder.  This is a great opportunity for a start-up enthusiast who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment at a company that is looking to change the world.

Daily hours are 9am-9pm Monday – Thursday (with free dinners!), 9am-7pm on Fridays and must hold a 24/7 mindset

This role is onsite 5 days/week in the SoHo, NYC office.

Salary range commensurate with experience – $125-150k range + generous founding equity, free dinners, and fully paid medical/dental/vision benefits

Responsibilities include:
• Google calendar management for the CEO, aligning schedules with weekly priorities and work with Personal Assistant to manage personal appts.
• Coordinate and organize travel arrangements.
• Manage and organize email communications efficiently.
• Organize and maintain documents in Google Drive and compile documents to help CEO’s review process.
• Aid in board meeting preparation and scheduling.
• Support communication efforts and contribute to external branding initiatives.
• Assist in fundraising operations, including document organization.
• Oversee office operations, ensuring equipment is functional, and addressing any issues promptly.
• Prepare and set up the office for company-wide all-hands meetings.

Experience required:
• 4+ years of EA experience working with founders or investor facing C-Suite execs  - ideally in a startup, venture capital, tech or financial firm
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• You have high attention to detail with a no-task-too-small mindset
• Will be available and proactive in making sure the startup that's growing as fast as us is prepared to take on additional responsibility.
• You have the ability to prioritize, but you are also adept at working on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• You are a team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company.
• You have a high level of judgment as it relates to communication with other executives, both internal and external.
• You are capable of functioning at a rapid pace; you are a fast learner and you operate with a sense of urgency on a daily basis.
