Human Resources Manager

A fast-growing mid-sized software company located in San Francisco is seeking a star Human Resources Manager to join their wonderful team on a temp-to-hire basis. In this role you will collaborate with high level operations leaders, managing several HR team members while coordinating both daily and long-term project/strategic HR needs. Tasks will range from compliance, legal, employee relations, management software, and serving as an HR business partner. *This is a temp-to-hire and hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) role located in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate compliance needs, identifying issues and working through establishment of solutions on a short/long term basis as well as on an individual/company-wide basis
• Identify ways to optimize processes, create and implement improvements in adherence with state and federal requirements utilizing extensive research
• Assist with recruitment processes by collaborating with recruiters to establish salaries, job descriptions, and processes to create a fluid and successful recruitment process
• Using management software tools distribute and utilize data for the purposes of analysis for models and internal usage
• Manage HR functions for various teams, maintaining confidentiality and engaging with employees to ensure they meet compliance standards and all needs are addressed in a timely manner
• Remain available to lead managers or other team members as needed to handle disciplinary actions or other HR requests

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree is required
• 4-12 years within a role managing full scope Human Resources responsibilities
• A collaborator, ready to join a team while also able to work successfully on an independent basis
• Experience with SPSL, EEOC, ACA, and other typical HR processes such as employee benefits, overtime, and maternity leaves
• Incredible skills in attention to detail, ability to learn on the go
• Comfortability utilizing management software to monitor data, as well as Excel experience
• Ability to thrive and independently drive progress forward

Salary Range
$120K - $180K base salary range.
