Architectural Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and revisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with other team members to meet project deadlines and milestones.


  • Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, or similar programs.
  • Strong understanding of drafting principles, techniques, and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in Millwork is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software tools.
