Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant

Our client, an entertainment company, is looking for a temp to perm Administrative Assistant to support their NYC office! The ideal candidate is someone eager, reliable, trustworthy, and has the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

*Fully onsite


  • Manage heavy calendaring
  • Process expense reports and time reporting
  • Maintain contact database and send various mailings
  • Draft and mail correspondences
  • Support client event planning
  • Assist with travel planning and coordination
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned


  • 1-2 years of administrative/executive experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Exhibit sound judgment and common sense while making decisions
  • Ability to maintain composure and maintain an executive presence during high pressure situations
  • Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to providing exceptional customer service possessing professional interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
