Part Time Executive Assistant

Our client, an insurance company, is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support a team of executives!

This role starts asap and will last for about 3-4 months.

Hours: 25/hrs per week – M-F, 5 hours per day

*Remote and Hybrid


  • Manage calendars
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate domestic travel and itineraries
  • Compose correspondence and presentations
  • Schedule and plan company off sites
  • Process expenses
  • Handle employee gifting and relations
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision
  • Exceptionally strong skills working in Google Suite and Slack
