PR Coordinator

A very popular and famous beauty brand is actively looking for a proactive Global PR Coordinator to join their team! The ideal candidate will provide essential event administrative support to the Global Marketing & Communications team. You will get the incredible opportunity to become the right-hand person to these dynamic industry leaders.

** This role has a hybrid schedule (work from home and in office) - $25/h **
** Only candidates located in the SF Bay Area will be considered **

What You’ll Do:
1. Work closely with the team in the development of event toolkits for product launches
2. Be part of the planning and execution of global events: research vendors/venues/concepts and administrative support
3. Run multiple reports and market recaps based on data compilation and research
4. Contribute to the management of global events calendar
5. Be an active support of product launches and global PR initiatives
6. Oversee product stock orders, fulfillment, inventory, and shipping of products
7. Coordinate communication and delivery of products to influencers and press
8. Coordinate team and PR meetings with international markets

1. 1+ years of experience in events or public relations role
2. Proficient MS Office user and photoshop or illustrator knowledge
3. Social Media savvy
4. Experience building and executing PR strategy
5. Availability to go in the office and travel when requested
6. Experience coordinating events and travel arrangements
7. Experience working directly with editors and influencers at events, office visits and miscellaneous meetings
8. Highly organized multitasker with a keen attention to detail
