Senior Production Coordinator

Our client, a growing girl's apparel brand, is looking for a Senior Production Coordinator to join their team in New York!

Responsibilities:‍

• Oversee and manage production schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of products
• Communicate daily with overseas factories to track production progress and address any issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes
• Maintain and organize WIP reports and ensure accuracy
• Track production and shipment progress
• Prepare cost sheets and gather pricing for managerial review

Qualifications:‍

• At least 5-7+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of fabrics and garments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to work full-time in the NYC office
