Membership Coordinator

Our client, a prestigious private women's club known for its vibrant and inclusive atmosphere, is in search of a Membership Coordinator to join their team in San Francisco. They are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and excellent communicator. If you have prior experience in the field or a background in sales, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

*Please note that this is a contract role with a compensation rate of $34-36 per hour*

-Implement creative strategies to attract new members while enhancing the satisfaction of existing ones.
-Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align membership goals with the club's overarching vision.
--Nurture strong relationships with both current and potential members to grasp their needs and surpass their expectations.
-Manage a seamless membership application process to ensure a personalized and smooth experience.
-Utilize data insights to monitor membership trends and inform strategic decisions.
Amplify the club's visibility through strategic marketing and communication initiatives.

-A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
-Proven expertise in membership management, hospitality, or related fields.
-Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
-Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
-A strategic mindset with a track record of achieving growth objectives.
