Executive Assistant

A thriving financial services firm in downtown New York City is seeking a highly professional, organized, and bright Executive Assistant to support three of the firm's senior executives. The firm has a warm and collegial office culture with a close-knit administrative team. This is the perfect role for an EA that truly loves being a right-hand, gatekeeper, and go-to for their great executives!

$130-150k base + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits

ONSITE: Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm

This role will provide professional and occasional personal support to 3 Executives and will at times handle correspondence on their behalf. The ideal EA is extremely resourceful and has a true comprehension of their support role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Strategic management of calendars and understanding priorities, and important initiatives
- Meeting coordination for senior-level internal & external stakeholders
- Travel Arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries, car services, etc.), providing extensive knowledge and experience pertaining to travel planning
- Maintaining documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and general administrative support
- Preparation of meeting materials for distribution
- Screening of phone calls in a professional manner
- Collaboration with admin team members and handling special project support
- Utilizing company CRM to update materials & data entry


- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of C-Level executive support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask efficiently
- A team focused attitude and demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment
