PAY: $40-$47/HR


•Assist the Editorial Manager in developing social-first ideas seasonally.
•Craft concise, on-brief content for our organic social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
•Generate rapid copy for spontaneous, real-time projects, including collaborations with influencers.
•Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the brand's target audience, leveraging both traditional and digital platforms.
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines, facilitating seamless project workflows.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve, providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform future project strategies.
•Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders such as vendors, agencies, and partners to foster collaboration and maximize resources for project success.

•A Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, and/or possess an impressive portfolio demonstrating digital-first editorial skills; emphasis placed on writing prowess rather than educational background.
•A professional portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in copywriting.
•5+ years of writing experience in advertising, marketing, journalism, or a similar field.
•A skilled storyteller capable of persuading with brevity in as little as 20 words or with depth in 200 words.
•Proficient at juggling multiple tasks and adept at prioritizing to meet deadlines effectively.
•A team player who recognizes and appreciates valuable ideas, irrespective of their origin.
