Recruitment Coordinator

A globally known Private Equity Firm is seeking a recruiting coordinator to join their team in Fort Worth! In this role you will support the Talent Acquisition team where you will drive interviewing operations. We are looking for a driven individual with strong interpersonal skills who can provide an incredible candidate experience throughout the interview process.

** This role has a hybrid schedule (work from home and in office), pay will be $ 35/HR**

What You will do:
-Schedule and coordinate phone and virtual interviews
-Manage the entire interview process using ATS, make sure it has accurate candidate records
-Ensure candidates have an outstanding interview experience
-Create offer letters and initiate hiring process
-Provide quick and thoughtful solutions to candidates and interview panel member’s needs.
-Work together with hiring managers and recruiters scheduling interviews

What You bring:
-Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
-Working experience using applicant tracking systems, MS Office and video conferencing tools
-Amazing organizational skills with a focus on quality and outstanding attention to detail
-Ability to juggle multiple tasks and reprioritize
-Can-do attitude and ability to manage difficult situations
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
