UX/ UI Designer

Seeking an UX/UI Designer for an Apparel Brand

Location: Miami, FL

Schedule: 3 days a week 2 day remote- office in Little Haiti (10 minutes outside of Design District)

Open to remote candidates!

Salary: $75,000 to $120,000, depending on the candidate's experience and location.

Benefits: pays 85% of benefits, 25 PTO days, and 9 holidays


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, implement and update the company's style guide. You will collaborate with developers to ensure the style guide is effectively implemented across major pages (Home, Product, Collection, Cart, Checkout, About Us, Blog) by the end of the year.
Improve the overall conversion rate of the website by a minimum of 30%.
Conduct a minimum of 5 A/B tests per month, focusing on the homepage, product page, and collection page.
Present weekly A/B test proposals based on data insights, seeking team approval for implementation.
Collaborate with the development team and customer service lead to create new experiences that reduce ticket volume and resolve customer issues, enhancing the customer Experience.
Aim to reduce customer service tickets related to design issues by 90% or more.
Utilize analytics tools, including Microsoft Clarity, to make data-driven decisions.
Present insights and recommendations to the team based on data analysis.
Decrease the mobile website bounce rate by 25% through improvements in mobile user experience.
Elevate the visual appeal and functionality of our app to create a highly converting and aesthetically pleasing platform.
Increase the app's conversion rate, aiming for a 30% growth.



REQUIREMENTS:

Must have 3 years experience in a $5M+ E-commerce brand or agency (Note: Applications without this specified e-commerce experience will not be considered).
Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize website and app performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data using tools like Microsoft Clarity , Hotjar, Lucky Orange, or Google Analytics.
Understanding of customer experience principles and ability to empathize with user needs.
Previous experience collaborating with customer service teams to address user concerns and reduce ticket volumes.
Strong project management skills to ensure timely implementation of design changes and adherence to deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts, A/B test proposals, and data-driven insights to cross-functional teams.
Experience presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box, contributing to the creation of visually appealing and high-converting designs.
Proven track record of achieving measurable results in terms of conversion rate improvements, reduced bounce rates, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving business needs.



MUST HAVES:

Must have 3 years experience in a $5M+ ecom brand or agency (Note: Applications without this specified e-commerce experience will not be considered).
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, HCI, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and a track record of improving conversion rates.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.


NICE TO HAVE:

Specific experience in mobile UX/UI design with a focus on reducing bounce rates and improving user experience on mobile devices.
