Administrative Assistant to Team

One of our clients, a global private equity firm in Midtown West, is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to support one of their busiest teams!

This is a 4 day in office role, Mon-Thursday.

Flex to come in on Fridays if needed

Hours 9am to 6pm w/ flex for paid OT as needed

In this role you will support a team of executives with:

Managing busy calendars on Outlook
Answering phones and transferring to appropriate team member
Setting up MS Teams and Zoom link invites
Coordinate roadshows
Arrange travel
Tracking and submitting expense reports on Concur
Assisting with presentations and meeting preparations
Running reports on Excel
Editing and proofreading PowerPoint presentations
Covering for other admin assistants at the firm as needed
Assist with event planning
Take on projects when needed

Our ideal candidate has the following:

2+ years of administrative experience; ideally in financial services
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
A friendly, approachable attitude and enjoys working with a team
A knack for organization and an eye for detail
