Office Coordinator

Our client, an investment management firm located in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District, is seeking an part-time Office Coordinator to join their office on a temp-to-perm basis. This client is hoping to connect with an organized and thoughtful candidate who is looking to support their friendly team with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operations of their day-to-day. ***Candidate will work onsite twice per week on a part-time basis with the potential to be converted to a permanent part-time employee.

Responsibilities:
- Diligently assist office with the coordination of meeting set-up and break downs (remaining up-to-date on basic tech systems)
- Remain open to completing other office duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly, such as mail sorting/delivery, general office upkeep/tidiness, and others
- Create and maintain systems for organization so that inventory is kept stocked in all areas of office life (creating supply orders as needed and adjusting to team needs)
- Plan and implement office events on a monthly basis, including the coordination of team meals and celebrations

Requirements:
- Thoughtful and organized disposition, with the willingness to step in to assist with any task necessary for the smooth running of office
- Must have some experience within a professional setting
- Any system creation/organizational skills are a plus!
- Flexible to work both independently and as part of a larger team
- Inherent problem-solving skills, "knowing what you don't know"
- MUST be comfortable with part-time hours, as this role will not expand to full time

Salary Range:
$26/hr
