Visual Merchandising Admin Assistant- Luxury Brand

Our client, a luxury brand in NYC, is looking for a Visual Merchandising Administrative Assistant to temporarily join their team for the next few months! If you are detail oriented & have experience with invoices, please apply below!


Assist the Visual Merchandising team with retail boutique set-up & floor sets during store visits
Create invoices for visual assets weekly using QuickBooks/ Excel
Be the main POC for boutique stores and vendors regarding invoicing
Oversee sample coordination for VM team & send to stores as needed
Manage all digital assets
Compile and organize all global monthly floor set photos
Coordinate with buyers on assortment grids
Compile presentation materials (boards, decks, calendars, etc.)


Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) & QuickBooks
Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite- strong computer graphics and rendering skills
Experience compiling Visual Merchandising directives
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
