Administrative Assistant

A Leading Software Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide outstanding support within the office of the CEO alongside others on the CEO’s team. In this role, you will manage scheduling, including travel and general calendar needs, as well as expenses, logistical support, and stakeholder communications. *This is a mostly hybrid role, with one day per week in the office in Bellevue, WA, and remote flexibility depending on when the CEO is onsite. This is a contract opportunity with the potential of full-time conversion for the right candidate.*

About the role:
- Maintain and manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordination of meetings and events, while maintaining priority structures and confidentiality
- Communicate with internal and external high-level contacts, maintaining professionalism at all times and managing complex situations with a cool-head
- Coordinate shifting priorities while scheduling very details ground and air transportation and travel plans
- Engage in administrative support, onsite as needed, to ensure that CEO remains on task and policies are followed
- Keep priorities at top of mind to ensure that proactive communication is enacted to remain on schedule, anticipating executive needs and providing excellent productivity
- Work collaboratively with other members of the CEO’s team to coordinate timely matters as well as general logistics

About you:
- 4+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in tech/start-up environment, large global companies, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Experience with Google Suite and common communication technologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortability with learning new technologies and project management
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Able to handle confidential matters professionally and with discretion
- Adaptability and flexibility to be responsive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $120,000
