Executive Assistant

Our client, a dynamic software development firm, is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to their Co-Founders and own a plethora of high-level responsibilities. This role will necessitate providing outstanding support, with extensive logistical management, triaging cascading needs, the creation and ownership of new processes, and the ability to coordinate traditional administrative tasks while fostering the fast-paced growth of the company and Co-Founders at large. ***This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote located in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional and high-touch interactions with high-level internal and external actors, assisting with maintaining and building business relationships
- Coordinate administrative tasks, planning ahead to create an optimized schedule as well as owning travel, accommodations, and expense management
- Facilitate the recognition of areas of growth, then creating, building, and managing processes and projects to maximize productivity
- Act as a partner with the Co-Founders' personal assistant to create seamless flow between business and personal schedules
- Work comfortably in both a team and independent basis to anticipate needs, provide feedback, and serve as a thought partner with Co-Founders and their teams
- Proactively note scheduling or procedural snags, managing calendar as well as logistics while keeping priority lists at top-of-mind
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to maintain high levels of communication and manage logistical complications with discretion and best judgement
- Organize and maintain processes within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, assisting team members and providing thoughtful mentorship to establish optimized and growth-oriented practices

Requirements
- The motivation and grit to establish excellent practices within a fast-paced and growing environment
- 7-10 years of high-touch executive assistance experience, with several years supporting C-level individuals (a background in fast-paced or high growth industries and companies is preferred)
- Purposeful intention to create a collaborative environment with high standards of communication
- Demonstrated capacity for high discretion when handling confidential matters
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience with strategic and long term goal creation and implementation

Salary Range
$150,000 - $180,000 with excellent benefits
