Executive Assistant

A growing Advertising Startup in the renewable energy space is seeking a dynamic, driven and detailed Executive/ Personal Assistant to support their Founder. This is an incredible opportunity to work in an international space as the role has partners and offices in Barcelona, Spain and requires travel often abroad with the Founder. We are looking for a bright, master multitasker to join their team and we’d love to talk to you!

***Location: Nashville, TN - relocation package offered

What you’ll do:
• Support the Founder with administrative and personal support
• Manage the calendar and Founder's schedules, book travel logistics, handle expense reports
• Act as a gatekeeper to the Founder taking messages, screening calls and liaising with internal employees
• Organize, attend, and take notes during important team meetings
• Proactively oversee high volume and complex calendaring and meeting preparations
• Take control of travel planning and expense reporting – making itineraries, processing costs, and revising to accommodate delays or certain preferences
• Assist with personal tasks on an as needed basis
• Offer strategies to improve office and project efficiency

What we’re looking for:
• You have experience – 5+ years in supporting an executive within the advertising or marketing industry - start-up experience highly preferred
• Ability to travel internationally
• You have demonstrated tech savviness with proficiency in Google Apps
• You have world-class communication skills and experience handling sensitive information with discretion
• You are resourceful, proactive, and adaptable when it comes to hard-to-solve problems
• You have impeccable follow through and the ability to stay on task
• You are no stranger to multitasking, collaboration, and staying organized
• Flexible attitude, go getter mentality
