Temp to Perm Personal Assistant
Our client, an investment management firm, is looking for a temp to perm Jr. Personal Assistant.
This role requires a 24/7 mentality, as there will be after hour requests in the evenings and on weekends. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have strong attention to detail, and be willing to pitch in wherever help is needed!
Location: SoHo
Hours: 9am – 6:00pm + OT
*Hybrid Schedule
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Assist with email correspondence
• Running personal errands
• Ordering meals and groceries
• Organize files and assist with record keeping
• Assist with small projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong MS Office and technology skills
• Must be a true team player
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Meticulous record keeping and organization
