Paralegal - Thriving Immigration + Investment Law Firm

A thriving Immigration Law Firm in MIDTOWN WEST is looking for a stellar senior Paralegal to join their growing team! Seeking a wonderful team player to add value and expertise with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in immigration case processing.

$80-100k base + benefits, 401k w/match, etc.
Onsite Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Looking for a confident and professional Paralegal that will act as a point of contact for clients and foreign nationals and will be managing various aspects of investment and business immigration cases.  Experience with INSZoom is a PLUS!

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
• Supervising and coordinating a caseload of investment and business immigration matters.
• Ensuring that all cases are properly managed.
• Collaborating with attorneys to develop case strategies for complex immigration issues.
• Reviewing and supervising the preparation of immigration-related documents, including EB-5 source of funds reports, visa petitions and supporting materials.
• Maintaining organized records of case developments, client interactions, and document submissions.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest level of service and accuracy in case handling.
• Managing and mentoring a team of paralegals across offices, providing guidance and training.
• Assisting with administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, and client communication as needed.
