Temporary Executive Assistant
Our client, a leading luxury fashion brand, is looking for a long term temporary Executive Assistant to join their NYC office!
This position starts asap and will last for about 4-5 months with potential to extend.
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*Fully Onsite
Responsibilities include:
- Calendar & appointment management
- Expense and invoice reporting
- Travel coordination and arrangements (international and domestic)
- Respond to phone, email, and in person inquiries
- Manage all necessary arrangements for internal and external meetings
- Organize leadership meetings and special events
- Book models for design meetings
- Responsible for tracking and logging garments/sample tracking
- Ad hoc admin/personal tasks and projects
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of EA/AA experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must have a customer service orientation and worked in fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented, strong multi-tasker, strong communication skills and ability to anticipate needs
