Temp to Perm Executive Assistant
Our client, a digital health tech company, is seeking a temp to perm Executive Assistant to join their team in NYC. In this role, you will provide administrative, project management, and operational support to 4 executives.
This role starts asap with the potential for permanent conversion if the right fit.
Location: Midtown East
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Schedule and manage heavy calendars and meetings
• Engages via email and phone with senior leaders from other companies to request and schedule meetings
• Coordinates logistical arrangements for major events and meetings
• Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares expense reports
• Supports the processing and approval of invoices and subscriptions
• Coordinates in-person and virtual advisory board meetings
• Maintains organized physical and digital files
• Manage vendor contracts/contracting process for relevant projects
• Coordinates orientation activities for new hires
• Collaborates with and develops strong relationships with administrative staff and employees
• Assists with visitor registration and reception
• Serves as a back-up for administrative team members as needed
• 8-10 years of prior administrative support or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Organized, efficient, and proactive
• Ability to work as a team member and independently
• Strong proven knowledge of Microsoft Suite
