Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO – Incredible Tech Start-Up

An incredible start-up in the AI space is seeking a hardworking, dedicated EA/PA, who loves a fast-paced environment, to be the right-hand support to their phenomenal CEO out of their SOHO office. A firm with great company culture –collegial, kind, and all LOVE the start-up pace.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and has a 24/7 mentality. The CEO is extremely bright, but respectful and appreciative.

Must have 5+ years supporting the same executive, ideally in tech or finance.

$110-150k base DOE + fantastic benefits and perks (unlimited sick/PTO, lunch and dinner in the office)

FULL TIME IN OFFICE Monday – Friday

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
• Extensive calendar management across time zones
• Inbox management/prioritizing conflicting appointments
• Travel arrangements (domestic and international, business and personal)
• Processing expenses
• Meeting preparation before meetings
• Grabbing coffee/lunch
• Potentially traveling with the CEO from time to tim
• Personal work as needed (dry cleaning, gifting, appointments etc)

Requirements:
• 5+ years supporting the same executive
• Bachelor’s degree
