Seasonal Sales Associate- Woodbury Commons

Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for Sales Support to assist their boutique staff seasonally in the Woodbury Commons! You must be able to work full-time hours through the holiday season.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and manage traffic flow according to occupancy limit of boutique
- Act as ambassador and represent the brand during first client contact upon entry
- Manage appointment calendar effectively in cooperation with boutique management
- Support the achievement of overall sales objectives
- Support boutique team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients)
- Provide outstanding customer service and memorable client experiences
- Maintain/ organize the stock room
- Replenish the sales floor as needed
- Assist with shipping & receiving
- Support boutique team to maintain aesthetic standards of the boutique
- Support the team with operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, high-end luxury preferred
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Flexible to work weekends/ standard retail hours
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
