VP, US Channel Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Firm is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the growing Marketing & Communications team in its New York office, working closely with the U.S. sales team, investment teams and legal professionals. This person will be responsible for marketing and brand-building among financial advisors in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and manage targeted marketing programs following a multi-channel approach (sales engagement, events, conference calls, email, digital, social and PR)
•Collaborate with the Head of U.S. sales to create industry leading marketing content, campaign strategies and sales enablement programs
•Create a data-led marketing segmentation strategy leveraging third party data sets, internal sales and marketing intelligence.
•Develop impactful marketing journeys based on segmentation and analytics
•Build loyalty through the creation of an advocacy program delivering targeted thought leadership, hosting impactful events and digital engagement.
•Partner with the sales team to understand their needs and effectively communicate them with marketing initiatives, timing and results
•Contribute to thought leadership agenda ensuring content meets the needs of advisors
•Develop expertise understanding the complexities of the partner firms and their areas of focus
•Lead product launch and servicing campaigns; navigating the investment resources across the Firm
•Set specific and measurable marketing goals and report on relevant performance metrics, and ability to integrate data-driven learnings into actionable insights for sales colleagues
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or another related field or demonstrated comparable experience.
•10+ years of relevant experience
•Strong interest in financial services marketing, and experience with asset management and retail/intermediary channel preferred
•Affinity for data, analytics and digital marketing
•Experience with investments and knowledge of alternatives strategies in public and private markets is beneficial
•Outstanding project management and prioritization skills, with experience leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
•Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
•Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy
•Strong analytical skills and quantitative orientation
•Working knowledge and affinity for a variety of marketing technology
•Excitement for working in an entrepreneurial environment, sharing and establishing best practices
