A boutique, family operated commercial/residential real estate firm that has been in business for over 100 years is seeking a dedicated Office Manager/Property Manager to support their small office, tenants, leases, and buildings. This is an office-based position, not selling or leasing out in the field. Must have QuickBooks and ideally experience with Yardi.

Location: on site 5 days/week in New Canaan, CT
Hours: 9am-5pm, no overtime required
Salary: commensurate with experience: $70-73k range + health benefits & 2 weeks’ vacation

• 10+ years of experience – including office administration and real estate knowledge
• Proficient with Quickbooks in order to assist bookkeeper
• Basic knowledge of web based Real Estates Management programs - ideally Yardi
• Organized and extremely detail oriented
• Strong verbal & written communication

• Manage portfolio lease details- expirations, rent bumps, etc. for around 120 tenants across commercial/residential
• Handle monthly rent bills and invoices
• Answer and process calls, direct messages, handle requests accordingly
• Be able to deal with towns/cities and process paperwork, reports, etc.
• Handling copies, faxes, scanning, and filing
• Prepare Lease Documents
• Order office supplies and handle incoming/outgoing mail
• Coordinate and schedule necessary repairs between tenant and contractors on a day to day basis
