Receptionist – Boutique Financial Firm

An independent financial management firm in Greenwich, CT is looking for a professional and client-service oriented front desk receptionist. There is opportunity for growth for an eager candidate.


Salary: 50-55k base + bonus eligible – exempt role, no paid OT + benefits: 100% covered health/vision, 401k, profit sharing, PTO


Hours: 830am-530pm 5 days a week onsite in Greenwich, CT


Qualifications

  • Seeking 0-2 years of administrative, hospitality or corporate work experience
  • 4 year degree required
  • personality traits: Good disposition, confident, smart, presents well, hungry to learn
  • A Car/Driver's License to run errands locally if needed

  • Answering and redirect calls
  • Help set up for meetings
  • Schedule conference rooms
  • Maintain reception area
  • Greeting guests
  • Back up other administrative staff and take on other tasks as needed
  • Run errands as needed
