Client Services Analyst

A privately-owned financial advisory firm is seeking an experienced Analyst for their family office division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join their close-knit team to provide support for the management of client assets and investments. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for client services.

***This role is hybrid (with 3 days in the office and 2 days out) located in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively communicate and support team members on building client relationships
• Assist with client’s financial planning needs in multiple areas including real estate, philanthropy, insurance, and more
• Demonstrate problem solving and consistent communication during all stages of client experience
• Manage cashiering needs and facilitate money movement in the form of billing, check and wire requests, and account reconciliation
• Maintain client brokerage accounts
• Organize account data by preparing documents and maintaining files/records
• Partner with external members and service teams
• Assist with onboarding and account opening processes
• Utilize CRM systems to track deadlines and hold client records
• Helps to train/ guide new members on the team

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-service role
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience in a client-service role
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Comfortability working with web- based systems including CRM
• Outstanding collaborative and communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to balance multiple projects
