Personal Assistant

An investment professional is seeking a reliable, organized and experienced PA to work out of the home in Greenwich. You will manage the family's calendar and help streamline their day to day lives.

*Valid drivers license required and clean driving record

The role is fulltime working out of the home Mon-Friday

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the family's calendar, including scheduling appointments, activities, and travel arrangements
• Drive children to and from activities
• Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Conduct research and provide options as needed
• Assist with personal tasks and errands, such as grocery shopping, meal planning, and managing household tasks
• Organize and oversee family events and special occasions
• Maintain records and files related to family activities and finances
• Manage expenses, healthcare claims and process invoices
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a personal assistant or family support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent scheduling and calendar management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation – excellent and experienced driver
• Comfortable with Dogs - a large but friendly dog is in the home
