Office Manager/Executive Assistant - Venture Capital

A boutique venture capital firm in midtown NYC is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant to manage the day-to-day office, plan events, and provide administrative support for senior leadership.

If you have 3+ years of relevant experience managing an office, along with scheduling, travel & expense management, this is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing firm.

Salary is commensurate with experience: $100-120k range + bonus and comprehensive benefits plan

Location: onsite in Midtown NYC, working 9am-6pm with flexibility if needed

Ideal Experience:

· 3-10 years of experience – must have experience as an Office Manager AND EA/Admin support

· Degree preferred, not required

· Personality traits: go-getter, ambitious, very warm, engaging and a team player.

· Proactive and eager to take on more beyond the general scope of assigned duties

· Extreme organization and detail-oriented nature

Day to Day Responsibilities:

· Office Management: order/maintain supplies, work with outside vendors and the building, ensure everything in order daily, etc.

· EA support to a few executives including scheduling via Outlook, travel & expense management

· Event Planning, Happy Hours, Social Events, Meeting planning – all aspects of planning, budgeting, etc.

· Build out and maintain the firm culture

· Ad hoc projects
