Seasonal Client Advisor

Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for Client Advisors to assist their boutique staff on a temporary basis in New York City! You must be able to work full-time hours through the holiday season.


Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and manage traffic flow according to occupancy limit of boutique
Act as ambassador and represent the brand during first client contact upon entry
Manage appointment calendar effectively in cooperation with boutique management
Support the achievement of overall sales objectives
Support boutique team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients)
Provide outstanding customer service and memorable client experiences
Maintain/ organize the stock room
Replenish the sales floor as needed
Assist with shipping & receiving
Support boutique team to maintain aesthetic standards of the boutique
Support the team with operational tasks as needed


Qualifications:

Experience in retail sales, high-end luxury preferred
Microsoft Office proficient
Flexible to work weekends/ standard retail hours
Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
