EA/PA to Founder – Investment Firm

A boutique investment firm in Greenwich, CT is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to support their active Founder. This is a great opportunity for an assistant with a few years of senior support experience who is looking for a step up in their career to supporting a C suite executive.

Salary commensurate with experience: $100-155k range + discretionary bonus + fully paid benefits

Hours: 8:30am-6:30pm flexible if things come up nights/weekends

The office is located in Greenwich, CT and a car is required to get between the founder’s office and private home – this role requires an onsite 5 day/week presence.  

Our ideal candidate:
- 3-7 years of Executive and/or Personal Asst experience in a boutique, flexible environment (finance preferred, not required)
-Must be hungry/eager to jump into and excel in a C suite role!
--Must enjoy Personal Assistant support
-Degree preferred, not required
-Thick skinned who can roll with the punches and support a business focused, extremely active and fast-paced executive with a high volume of requests

Day to day responsibilities:
-Office management responsibilities for boutique 15 person office
-Coordinate and plan holiday parties and event planning office management as well
-Extensive Personal Assistant support including scheduling for children, coordinating with nanny & household staff, personal family travel/vcation planning, working closely with property managers of 3 residences
-Booking private and commercial travel and putting together detailed itineraries
-Expense reporting & management
-Extensive calendar management and ever-changing scheduling via MS Outlook
-Gatekeeping and keeping founder on track
-Ad hoc projects
