Creative Designer

Looking for LA based, multi-skilled Creative Designers that are willing to work hybrid within a temp role!

The ideal candidate would possess a boundless imagination, an exceptional eye for detail, a versatile skill set across various design mediums, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of current design trends and aesthetics.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the design team, managing the product workflow system and providing assistance as needed.
• Compose and evaluate various documents, including organization lists, tracking forms, and confidential files.
• Develop, maintain, and contribute to presentations for internal creative reviews, ensuring archival presentations are kept accurate throughout the product development process.
• Compile merchandising requests from both internal and external clients.
• Provide tactical support to the Product Design teams based on their requirements.
• Produce mechanical art files for the design team, setting up files, and processing them through internal systems effectively.
• Manage incoming samples by opening boxes, entering relevant information into the system, and delivering samples to the team.
• Oversee email aliases for asset requests and communicate with suppliers to provide them with timely updates.
• Initiate product approvals, while also ensuring the product database remains up-to-date, and assisting in routing product submissions through all stages.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related work experience
• Must have a professional portfolio included with application!
• Proficiency in Keynote and/or Powerpoint, with a strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial!
• Demonstrates a commitment to excellence and integrity while working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Possesses strong organizational and administrative skills.
