Office Manager
An established hedge fund is seeking an Office Manager to support their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, professional, and eager to support an incredible group. ***This is an onsite temporary role located in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
- General support of office operations as well as safety protocols
- Collaboration to ensure optimal office culture, maintaining orderly communal spaces
- Welcoming guests and staff as well as serving as liaison to vendors and building managers
- Support onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Additional operations and tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an office coordinator role
- A kind and welcoming demeanor with excellent communication
- Comfortability with learning new technologies
- Ability to engage with teams spanning large regions
- Capacity for multi-tasking while maintaining detailed work
Salary Range
$110,000 - $120,000
