Executive Assistant to Team | Global Life Science Investment Firm - Hybrid schedule!

A Global Life Science/Healthcare Investment Firm is looking for a fantastic and intelligent Executive Assistant to join their team! This special company is dedicated to the research and creation of cutting - edge medical devices and healthcare services to provide healthy and happy lives for all! In this role, you will provide support a team of 5 including travel coordination, calendar management, meeting prep and expense management.

**This is a Hybrid role that requires candidates to be onsite Mon-Wed.

In this role:
• Responsible for heavy calendar management
• Manage expenses and process invoices with great attention to detail
• Successfully coordinate domestic/international travel with precise itineraries
• Coordinate lunch and dinner meetings for the team
• Schedule and organize meetings while making sure all materials needed are prepared
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience providing support for multiple people
• PE/VC/hedge fund experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Successfully handle fast-paced environments while being detail-oriented
• Make quick decisions and be an expert in problem-solving
• Ability to schedule with precision and accuracy
• Show initiative, be resourceful, and highly organized
• Effectively multi-task and show great communication skills
• High proficiency in technical skills
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
