Associate Project Manager

An In-House Agency for an Iconic Childhood Brand is looking for a temp Associate Project Manager to join their Brand Creative Team in support of their consumer collector platform. This is a highly collaborative role that will have you shifting across around 200 projects a year to build the brand and brand guidelines, track/ manage updates, and drive the execution of projects through timelines. The ideal candidate will blend their passion of pop-culture and the digital space, with their multiple years of digital project management experience across, web, social and overall advertising to assist the team.

This is a long-term temp project that will require the selected candidate to work Hybrid in El Segundo.

Pay: $30/hr

The Job:

• Oversee the successful execution of multiple projects, identifying and implementing adjustments to procedures toward best practices.
• Define brand creative scope by collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Manage project timelines, key dates, and communicate with all parties involved.
• Set budgets, generate estimates, and track project expenditures.

The Candidate:

• Degree in Design, Marketing/ Project Management, or related experience
• 3+ Years of professional experience in advertising, marketing, design or related field.
• Experience working with creative teams across Copy and Design on a variety of different projects
• Understanding of Web development, specifically Ecommerce web and email strategy
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Miro, Microsoft office, and Adobe Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strategic self-starter and innovative thinker, looking to expand into a big corporation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with people from coordinators to executives
• Passionate about pop-culture and the digital space
