Social Media Content Producer
An American Financial Services Company headquartered in Los Angeles, is actively looking for a Social Media Content Producer to join their Media Strategy team on a 1-year temp project. In this role, you will create social content for the company's various social platforms and channels, working closely with the Social Media Manager to execute the overall social strategy, KPIs, targets, and goals to improve brand awareness and increase social engagement. The ideal candidate will utilize their knowledge of Graphic Design tools to develop effective social media campaigns, collaboratively alongside the marketing and content teams
This is a temp project with potential to extend. The selected candidate must be local to the LA area as this role is onsite.
Pay: $45-49/hr
Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling original content to drive engagement across social platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Manage the conceptualization, planning, interviewing, writing, pitching, and publishing of content
- Ensure all messaging and branding is consistent across all social media channels
- Monitor social media trends to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging
- Make data-informed decisions to grow engagement and reach on channels
- Stay in-the-know on the latest tools, technology, best practices, requirements across various social media platforms
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional social media management experience
- Degree within Marketing with a creative focus preferred
- Experience within financial services or related industry
- Must have prior experience in design, illustration, and videography
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and other graphic design tools
- Proven ability to utilize web technologies, social media publishing, and analytical tools to grow audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills
