Personal Assistant – Managing Partner, Private Equity

The Managing Partner of a leading, global Private Equity firm based in NYC is seeking a fulltime Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team, working alongside his wonderful Executive Assistant. This is a newly created role, adding onto his team to help manage his day-to-day. The role is based in the midtown NYC office and will start on site 5 days/week, with flexibility to come as trust is built and the role is established.

Core business hours with flexibility as needed (not true 24/7)

The salary is commensurate with experience from $120-150k base


  • Tend to the daily needs of the Managing Partner
  • Running errands as requested
  • Organizing schedules and appointments for his 3 children
  • Plan personal travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate reservations
  • Project Management
  • Manage household renovations and organization as needed


  • Vaccination required4+ years of personal assistant experience
  • Must be okay with a flexible schedule (some light travel)
  • Must be comfortable working in a professional, buttoned up office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working for a C suite or HNW individual in a professional setting
  • Previous experience working in fast pace environments
  • Collaborative personality to work closely with his EA
