Sales Director - Children's Apparel

Our client, a growing children’s apparel company, is seeking a Sales Leader to join the team in New York.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the girls apparel line, specifically the swimwear and outerwear division
• Maximize sales and profitability
• Work in partnership with the Design and production teams
• Merchandise with a deep understanding of trend, competition, and cost of goods
• Must have relationships with buyers in girls’ apparel
• Must have ability to build strong relationships.
• Mass, off price, Club and department store channels are preferred

Qualifications:

• 6+ years’ of relevant sales and merchandising experience required
• Associates or bachelor’s degree
• Excellent leadership, sales, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in the NYC office full-time
