Human Resources Manager

A highly prestigious Financial Services Firm on the West Side is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its collaborative team.  This role will involve overseeing talent management, employee relations, career development and succession planning, as well as implementing new procedures and policies.

The right candidate for the role will have a strong HR background, 7+ years of experience managing a team, be extremely quick-moving, and enjoy a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations
• Manage employee relations and engagement
• Implement and lead policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

Requirements:
• 7+ years of HR management experience
• Proven HR generalist background
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and extremely personable
