Our creative recruiting team is expanding and looking for a driven and sharp Account Executive to join our Los Angeles team.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive who is all about connecting creative and marketing professionals with the best companies in Los Angeles to join our Century City headquarters. We welcome those with backgrounds in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Sales, and any other creative field, who desire to start a new challenge, to join our sales and recruiting team. For those with a strong work ethic, the ability to adapt quickly and think on their feet, and an interest in creative roles, direct recruitment experience is not required.

We value originality and open collaboration, so the ideal candidate has a "think outside of the box" mentality and an innovative approach to identifying top talent in the creative, marketing, tech, and sales fields. Responsibilities:

  • Source creative, marketing, tech, and sales candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
  • Pitch jobs to appropriate candidates and submit accordingly to clients
  • Find creative sourcing strategies and adjust quickly to changes/feedback
  • Reach out to and follow up with existing candidates in our internal database
  • Coordinate, confirm, and coach candidates for client interviews
  • Perform candidate outreach, solicit feedback, and conduct debriefs
  • Present, negotiate, and close offers
  • Handle background and reference checks
  • Remain attentive to opportunities to bring in new business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2+ years in HR, staffing, or account management
  • Experience in the creative space: advertising, marketing, e-commerce, PR, or fashion is preferred
  • Highly organized with a knack for building relationships
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and adjust regularly
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding presentation skills
  • Interest in being the main point of contact for clients and a requisition manager
  • Sharp eye for detail and precision
  • Advanced writing skills; concise and error-free
  • Thrive on change and the ultimate multitasker
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed etc. a plus
